Vegetative plot data confirms that success criteria throughout the site is greater than the required 260 stems/acre throughout most of the site. Additionally, no encroachment within the easement boundaries was observed. Per correspondence from DWR to Andrea Eckardt with Wildlands on October 15, 2019, Wildlands must implement the Adaptive Management Plan to get a full credit release for completion of Task 4. At this time, replanting is still required within the riparian areas of the relic pond bottom and in low density areas. Therefore, DWR will only issue a partial credit release of 5%. Upon receiving confirmation from Wildlands through providing transects and photos that the Adaptive Management Plan has been fully implemented, DWR will issue the remainder 5% of this credit release. DWR received a continuation certificate and bond rider for the performance bond (#107063173) in the amount of $80,000 issued to Wildlands from Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, to cover monitoring and maintenance at the subject site. The term of this bond applies beginning February 26, 2020 and ends with DWR approval of the Year 2 Monitoring Report.
