Aqua North Carolina, Inc. ("Aqua") is providing the following the responses to your
request for additional information dated February 12, 2020.
A. Application:
Address the nitrate exceedance in monitoring well MW-1
Aqua Response: Monitoring Well #1 is located on the downstope of a
fertilized agricultural field. This field is a proposed spray field and does
not receive wastewater effluent. The nitrate is attributable to
"too {trr{l {.YI Y{ CI r,IF/Y Vti k.1 V{{ Y./■ {i`.{ {.kY6Gk.7.
2. Address the possible ditch or washout area within Field 22.
Aqua Response: The "washout" area is a vegetated and is not located in
Field 22. See attached updated map.
3. Address if Phase II has been constructed. If yes, provide an engineering
certification.
Aqua Response: Phase II has not been constructed.
B- Site Man:
Aqua Response: Two additional site maps along with an aerial image
have been provided and should satisfy the requirements listed in Item
B.
