The data presented is supported by the included lab reports. Pathogen and Vector attraction reduction was demostrated using proper methods. During May and June 2019 and evaluation of GW conditions at the facility was performed by CMSD and their consultants, GMA. The results of the evaluation were presented in a report to WQROS-WaRO in July 2019. The report concluded that the historic, chronic exceedances of 2L stds. for metals at the facility are related to monitoring well conditions and sampling techniques. After redevelopment of the wells and use of alternate sampling methods, these exceedances have diminished. Detections of fecal coliform during the October 2019 GW sampling event are thought to be related to possible impacts from hurricane Dorian in Sept. 2019 and possible sample contamination at the time of collection. WQROS-WaRO will continue to monitor GW conditions at the facility in the future. Based on the description of the residual land application operations reported in the 2019 Annual Report, WaRO considers the facility compliant with Permit # WQ0001048.
