In response to the corrective action taken for the deficiency of failure to cease application of waste
within 4 hours of a flood watch advisory, I understand now that this advisory also includes a flash flood
watch advisory. A flash flood advisory was issued on the day in question. Since this date a more efficient
monitoring of watches and warnings are in place. I have downloaded several applications to my
telephone to help me be advised of the weather conditions. All of this have now been completed.
