This memo is to address the Notice of Violation letter sent to me on October 30, 2019.
Also to address corrections that needs to be made to owner name in your records. Please
accept the following information for corrective actions.
Deficiency 1: As always every effort has been made to keep our lagoons above the
allowable level. Although, at times persistent rainfall makes it hard to
maintain required storage capacity, we try to take every necessary step to
keep our lagoon levels in compliance with our Certified Animal Waste
Management Plan and permit. We have always been good at reporting
anytime our lagoons go in the red. We would have thought it was reported
this time also. It's been almost a year since this violation accrued so it's
hard for us to remember exactly what happen here. We will do a better
job of reporting if we go in the red again.
Owner Information:
Not sure why but the owners name on this letter is Richard Ralph Lanier,
Jr. and should be m Richard F. Lanier. Please make these corrections as
you can look at the old permr s an we have never changed the owner's
name.
