The Division has reviewed your application, received on January 16, 2020, for renewal of NPDES permit
NC0030422. In accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-215.1 and 15A NCAC 0211.0105, we need additional /
revised information:
Flow Reduction Information:
The Green Valley Mobile Home Park WWTP has been on a sewer line moratorium for reaching
80% of its hydraulic capacity since April 2012. The last three years of annual flow data show a
decrease in total flow through the facility. At the end of 2019, the facility was receiving 73% of
the design capacity. Please provide information documenting the steps taken to reduce flows into
the facility. Also report long-term plans for managing the facility and its deemed collection
system.
We will not continue processing the permit renewal for your facility until we have received the additional
information requested. Please respond to this request by April 22, 2020.
