March 10, 2020 William Wright 3400 High Hamptons Drive Charlotte, NC 28210 RE: Permit Application Approval Wylie - Shoreline Stabilization- 10108 Sawmill Road Dear Sir/Madame: Du# a Energy 526 S_ GhUrch Sheet 1 EG12Q Chark3tte, NC 2KC 2 This office has reviewed your application to stabilize the shoreline within the Project Boundary of a Duke Energy lake and is authorizing the stabilization subject to the following conditions: • You must meet all requirements of the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the North Carolina Division of Water Resources. • All work must be as described in your application(s). • The work must be completed within twelve (12) months from the date of this approval. • Please place a copy of this letter in a watertight plastic bag and post it along the shoreline where you are implementing your approved activity. • You must notify us upon completion of the project so a final inspection maybe made. • Stabilize 103 feet of shoreline with a seawall to a height of one foot above full pond and add rip -rap to the base of the seawall. Stabilization must follow the contour of the bank with minimum fill behind seawall. All lake use activities must comply with the Shoreline Management Guidelines. Note: Applicants must immediately notify Duke and stop all work if historical or archeological resource are discovered during the implemenation of an authorized project.
