Inspection Summary:
On 3/9/20 and 3/10/20 site visits were performed by R. Sipe w/ WQROS-WaRO to observe conditions at Field 3-1 of Permit
# W00037637 during an application event for which the permittee had notified WaRO, as required by the permit. According
to Billy Dunham w/ Craven Ag Services (ORC), who sent an email on 3/6/20, application of residuals was performed during
3/9/20.
I first visited the site on the monring of 3/9/20 and observed that the required signage was present and the required buffers
were flagged. I also visited the site on 3/10/20 and observed that residuals had been applied. It appears that all required
buffers had been adhered to and no ponding, runoff, or odors were observed.
The application event appears to have been performed in compliance with the permit.
