Describe the attachments: The wetland line within the parcel owned by the Town of Smithfield was modified during an on -site meeting with Chris Hopper of the USACE to match a previously approved wetland line. The attached impact maps reflect this revised line. Impacts increased by 0.003 acre of wetlands (now at 0.076 acre) and 30 LF of stream. Note that the wetland impacts are considered permanent since vegetation will need to be maintained. Stream and open water (RPW) impacts are considered temporary.
