See the attached transmittal letter for a listing of application materials submitted. The new public sewer will serve a charter school campus containing two buildings, one of which will be removed as the school is phased into their new building. Per the NC 2T rules, the school is designated as a school without cafeteria, gym, and showers for flow calculations. This designation requires 10 gal per student for flow allocations. The school is chartered for 560 students resulting in a daily flow of 5,600 GPD. A flow acceptance letter is included with this application to account for these sanitary flows. The sewer extension covered by this Fast Track Sewer System Extension Permit will be applied for by the City of Sanford and built by BC Construction group who is under contract with the Charter School Developer.
