Attn: Shannon Becker, President 202 Mackenan Court Cary, NC 2 75 10 Dear Mr. Becker: NORTH CAROLINA Environmental Qualify March 4, 2020 Subject: Compliance Evaluation Inspection Hasentree Collection System Permit Number WQCSDO505 Wake County On March 3, 2020, Stephanie Goss of the Division of Water Resources conducted the subject inspection. The assistance of Wayne Alford, Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) during the inspection was appreciated. Below is a list of findings developed from the inspection: 1. The collection system is deemed permitted through 15A NCAC 02T .0403. 2. A Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) program is implemented and in use. Educational materials are mailed out quarterly per permit requirements. 3. Sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) cleanup, pumping, and reporting procedures, which includes a response action plan was up to date. There have been no sanitary sewer overflows reported for the collection system in the last 12 months. 4. The collection system has two pump stations: Summer Pines Way (6B) and Village Clubhouse. Both have identification signs, secured access, audible., -'visual alarms, and telemetry. All audible and visual alarms functioned when the high-water floats were activated, and the SCADA system acknowledged the alarm. The generator at Summer Pines Way was tested and functioned properly. All stations were in good condition and free of excess debris. 5. Maintenance logs were reviewed and appeared satisfactory. 6. An up-to-date map of the collection system was available which included direction of flow, pipe size and diameter. _,-nr north Cor,%mi Depaoinern of LnvironmeaKal QuaN Di,:;sion of Mtrei Reyourres Hasentree Collection System WQCSD0505 Wake County Page 2 of 2 If you have any questions concerning this report, please contact Stephanie Goss at 919-791-4256 or by e-mail at stenhanie.goss(FDncdenneov_.
