All concrete slabs for the launch ramp will be poured in upland areas and then installed, no live concrete will be poured into the lake. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: Live concrete will not be allowed to enter the waterway and all appropriate erosion and sediment control device will be installed and maintained throughout the duration of the project. A turbidity curtain will be utilized during construction of the ramp to minimize sediment dispersal (Figure 10). 2.
