Good afternoon Mr. Outten.
Attached please find a copy of an invoice for the Dare County Regional Airport’s Stormwater Permit Annual Fee.
It was returned “No Mail Receptacle”.
Please review the attached Permit Contacts report and advise what corrections need to be made, specifically to the
Billing Contact information.
This permit also has an overdue permit fee for 2019, Invoice 2019PR001074. If you need a copy of the overdue invoice,
please contact Deborah.reese@ncdenr.gov
If this facility is no longer active, please complete the attached Rescission request.
Currently you are in violation of Part V, Section B, Condition 8, which states: “The permittee must pay the administering
and compliance monitoring fee within 30 (thirty) days after being billed by the Division. Failure to pay the fee in timely
manner in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0105(b)(2) may cause this Division to initiate action to revoke coverage under
the general permit.”
Please submit your payment promptly to avoid any enforcement action.
