A review of Springdale Country Club WWTP's monitoring report for May 2015,showed the following- violations: Parameter Date Limit Value Reported Value Limit Type - BOD, 5-Day 05/13/201.5 45.00 mg/I 50.10 mg/I Daily Maximum Exceeded Parameter Date Measuring Frequency Violation Temperature, Centigrade 05/2/2015 Weekly Failure to Monitor pH 05/2/2015 Weekly Failure to Monitor Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any problem. Since the comments section on the reverse of the relevant DMR provided an adequate explanation for the BOD violation, it is not requested that a response be submitted. If the above parameters for Temperature and pH were left off inadvertently,please send an amended DMR within 10 business days of receipt of this letter to Raleigh at the address found on the front page of your DMR and also a copy to this office. - The Division of Water Resources may pursue enforcement action for this and any additional violations of State law- If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Janet Cantwell or me at 828/296-4500.
