A review of Springdale Country Club WWTP's monitoring report for October 2009 showed the
following violations:

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any problem.:Since the
comments section on.the reverse of the relevant DMR provided an adequate explanation for the subject
violation, it is not requested that a response be submitted: however, should you have additional
information concerning the Violations or comments which you wish to present, please submit them to the
attention of Wanda Frazier.
The Division of Water Quality may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional
