Dear Mr. Tingle:
A review of Springdale Country Club WWTP's monitoring report for January 2010 showed the following
violations:

treatment plant 13-14,19, 21-25 Monitor
Reminder: Holidays should be clearly marked on the appropriate monthly DMRs.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented,should be taken to correct any problem. Since the comments section
on the reverse of the relevant DMR provided an adequate explanation for the subject violation, it is not requested that a
response be submitted:however,should you have additional information concerning the violations or comments which you
wish to present, please submit them to the attention of Janet Cantwell.
It was also noted that the Compliance box on the back of the DMR was marked"Compliant"when in fact it should
have been marked "Non-Compliant."
The Division of Water Quality may pursue enforcement action for this and any additional violations of State law.
