Hi Mr. Patel,
I reviewed your NCGO1 NOI submission for the above referenced project. The following are items that need
corrected on your next submission:
A7,8 - coordinates are for a location in Kenansville,NC. Coordinates must match street address.
A15 - your site either drains to Little Brier Creek or Sycamore Creek. Please verify using the NC Surface Water
Classifications map.
A16 - your project is subject to the NC SPCA.
B8 - RAL-LOT 3, LLC is an organization, so the type of ownership would be 'Non-government.'
D4 - it looks like the City of Raleigh approved your E&SC plan, not Wake County.
D5 - If Raleigh approved your plan, we need the grading permit and only the first page of the plan set. If Wake
County approved your plan, we need the E&SC plan approval documentation from them. In either case, do not
upload the entire 46-page plan set.
D—the documentation provided does not prove this was an express review project.
