Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) for the year of 2019 (due 2020"
MAR 6,, l'I
For the industries that discharge to
Lower Creek WWTP- City of Lenoir
General Program information: Enclosed is a copy of the Pretreatment Program Info
sheet provided by the PERCS unit, and the PPS form, SNCR forms, IDSF forms, and AT.
As shown Greer Laboratories is SIU permit#12, they have 3 discharge pipes which
discharge to the collection system that flows to the Lower Creek WWTP. The analysis
results of the permitted parameters do not show over-allocation as per the AT provided
in the HWA; permit limitations should remain the same. There were no SNC to report
for 2019.
A. Most of the dentists have complied with the dental amalgam rule by sending in the
required one time compliance report. There are a few that will have to be sent in yet.
B. General permit information for Lower Creek: Exela Phara has been identified as a CIU
and the permitting process is almost complete. The permits for their 3 facilities
Michelle, Max and Augusta are written and have been submitted for approval.
IU INFORMATION
A. IU's: CIU —permit 12, Stallergenes Greer, pipes 1,2, & 3
B. CIU —permit (pending completion) Exela Pharma which has 3 locations: Max
facility, Michelle facility, and Augusta facility
C. IU's in SNC information: Stallergenes Greer did not show SNC during the year of 2019.
D. Overall the program is working well.
