I visited the Cemex Construction Product Facility (NCG070129) on February 27, 2020. The permit is currently listed as
[Expired]. I was able to confirm that the facility is now operated by a company called JC Grading and Demo.
From what I can tell, the operations at the facility do not require permit coverage. It is primarily a staging yard for
equipment.
