The permitee is in the process of either changing ownership (was instructed on how to change ownership during the inspection) or rescind permit. Comment: When active the dredging was done by dredge line pumping slurry of sand and water from the river, sand is separated out and the wastewater pass through 2 settling ponds in series prior to discharging back to the river. aA estimated volume of 65 GPM was estimated during operation. Inspection confirms that the site appears not to have been in use for several years.
