Dear Mr. Vinson:
The State's eDMR system has been difficult to work with. I have
"submitted" eDMRs for November, December and January all probably late due
to some glitch in the system. I go on the website, click through the password and
re-check protocols and "think" that my eDMR is submitted. Then, my operator
submits the next month's report and mentions to my that last month's is still on
the board waiting to be "submitted". I'm a little frustrated. I get zero
confirmation from the state that anything is submitted, every time I turn around
we have another security profile to submit or change. I have to get everything
notarized. I will make sure I continually check the website to make sure it
"really" is submitted. At least in Virginia I get an email back within 10 minutes
that I submitted the eDMR. I "submit" in VA, NC, PA, MD and WVA. I would
appreciate some way of knowing that a "submitted" eDMR was accepted other
than constantly checking the website. If there are confirmation emails being sent
by the state, I'm not receiving them.
