We thought our previous consulting company was taking the samples; however, that was not the
case. We have since hired a new consulting company and samples have been taken and put on
schedule to be re -sampled as required.
Violation 2
We will initiate removing at the base by cutting all trees on the outside dike walls. We will not
uproot so as to maintain the structural integrity.
Violation 3
We will make a better effort to record our pumping events. We made a big step in hiring a well
respected firm to help us stay more organized moving forward.
