through correspondence received October 15, 2009 and November 20, 2009. Staff of the Division of
Water Quality reviewed the proposal and found it acceptable to modify condition 6 of the 401 Water
Quality Certification issued September 3, 2003.
Please note that this approval is for water quality purposes only and shall not be construed as an
approval for other purposes.
