GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
e HWA, LTMP, IWS, SUO and ERP are up to date
o All Dates on the Divisions Database Program Info Sheet are correct
• A copy of our Program Info sheet is enclosed with corrections due to the sudden passing or Mr.
Rubins who was the acting Pretreatment Coordinator. Brian Bradshaw, Conover Public Utilities
Director, will serve as Pretreatment Coordinator until a suitable candidate is found.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
• No permits lapsed or expired prior to renewal
• Engineered Controls International had a name change to REGO Engineered Controls
International.
• No new SIUs were added in 2019
IU INFORMATION, listed alphabetically
• Hickory Springs Manufacturing (IUP: lO1HS)
SNC INFORMATION:
o Hickory Springs Manufacturing had no SNCs for 2019
• REGO Engineered Controls International (]UP: 1 O1J)
o This SIU was in SNC for TRC limit violations for Chromium during the monitoring
period of January 2019 to June 2019.
o A copy of the Public Notice is enclosed.
o IU determined they had an issue with polishing columns and purchased new resin to
exchange out the columns.
o As part of the Corrective Action the IU was required to sample a minimum of once per
month for metals for the rest of 2019.
o The SIU has since returned to compliance during the second monitoring period of July
2019 to December 2019.

Section 22-41 of the City of Conover's Sewer Use Ordinance designates our Public Utilities Director as
the POTW Director and delegates responsibility for overall operation of the City of Conover's
Pretreatment Program. Our current Public Utilities Director is Brian Bradshaw.
This designation will provide Mr. Bradshaw with the authority to sign all required documents under the
Pretreatment Program, including the authority to sign the Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) and submit
it to NC DWR PERCS.
