This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. Concerns noted during the inspection are outlined below: 1) The sand beds were uneven at the time of the inspection, causing significant ponding to occur.
