Please accept this letter as Festiva Real Estate Holdings, LLC's response to your Compliance
Inspection Letter and Report dated February 11, 2020. Enclosed is the proposal from SE Industrial
Services, LLC regarding the work they will be performing on this facility. Work is scheduled to begin
on March 2, 2020. Subject to favorable weather conditions, the estimated completion date is April 10,
2020. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Dear RC,
Thanks for the opportunity to provide this proposal. This proposal is good for 30 days. Please
review the following and let me know if you have any questions.
Project: Peppertree Waste Treatment Plant
Scope of Work:
• Remove the non -active tanks from waste plant
• Backfill the area and plant grass seed once project is complete
• SSPC.SP30 Near White Metal Abrasive blast interior of waste plant 2' below water level
• SSPC.SP7 Brush Blast exterior of tanks, SSPC.SP6 Commerical blast bad areas on the
exterior of tanks
• Apply 2 coat Waste Water System Coating of Tnemec Coal Tar Epoxy to all steel.
• Repair steel where needed.
Clarifications:
• Southeast Industrial will supply all material and equipment
• Peppertree will remove fence and tree if in the way to remove existing tanks
• Peppertree will remove all electrial for Southeast Industrial to remove exisiting tanks
Payment Terms:
• Progress Billing every 30 Days, Net 15 with 1.5% late fee after 15 days
Project Total: 5292 560 00
