Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on February 26, 2020. Dave McHenry
and Kevin Barnett with NCDOT were present during the inpsection. Crystal Amschler (USACE) was also present.
Impacts match what was approved on the 401 Water Quality Certification. Erosion and Sediment Control measures need
routine maintenance and site needs seed/mulch on southwest side of roundabout.
