On August 12, 2019 the Town was approved for a State Reserve Loan (SRP) from the Water
Infrastructure Fund in the amount of $4,271,000. Design is submitted by Willis Engineers for
the renovation project which consists of constructing a new headworks, aeration basin weirs,
splitter box, clarifiers, sludge pump station, chlorine contact chamber, and other site
improvements. On October 30, 2019 Willis Engineers, Inc. submitted the construction drawings
and contract documents and final design package to the DWR for review which met the
November 1, 2019 deadline. Willis Engineers, Inc. is awaiting comments at this time and will
respond to the comments once received. Please let me know if you have any questions.
