Dear Sirs:
On August 12, 2019 the Town was approved for a State Reserve Loan (SRP) from the Water
Infrastructure Fund in the amount of $4,271,000. Design is currently underway by Willis Engineers for
the renovation project which consists of constructing a new headworks, aeration basin weirs, splitter
box, clarifiers, sludge pump station, chlorine contact chamber, and other site improvements. On
September 20, 2019 Willis Engineers reviewed 50% plans and specifications with the Town. The Town
has a deadline of November 1, 2019 to submit the Final Bid and Design Package to the Division of Water
Infrastructure for their approval by March 2, 2020. We are on schedule to make this submittal.
