This letter is addressing Comments as per DEQ letter of February 01, 2020 concerning
Stormwater Permit No. SWA000065, my Storage Unit, LLC. Response is in the same sequence as
per the above -said letter and as follows:

2. Part E Project Information of the ATC Application states that "Stormwater runoff shall
be conveyed through non -erosive shallow grassed channels to retention pond...
Response: Refer to Part E of the ATC Application. Wet Pond was added to the
description. Also, to capture stormwater runoff from the north east side of property,
note was added to convert sediment basin to wet pond. Refer to the plan sheets 2 and 3
3. Please fix the following issues with the BUA in the ATC Application.........
Response to a: The surface area of Basin extends beyond the property with proposed
improvement Project. Total surface water area stayed the same. Refer to the ATC
Application

4. Please delineate any wetlands on the plan sheets or add a note that none exist.
Response: There is no Wetland on the property as determined by Civil and Structural
Engineering Services, PLLC
5. Provide pdfs of all revisions, w hardcopies of revised plan sheets and I hardcopy of other
