There were no changes to the buffers, we just made sure all of our pipe outlets were at least greater than 100' away from the buffers and then designed the open channels from the outlet to the buffers per Ms. Daniels instructions. These items do show up on the roadway construction drawings for Phase 1 that we are processing thru Swepsonville and their engineer for approval. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. DWR #20200024 Hello Anthony, Can you please confirm whether the changes you made to the plan to satisfy the diffuse flow requirement of the Jordan Buffer Rules administered by DWR would require the County to re -review and re -approve the modified plan? Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Ms. McDaniel One of the items that Sue had requested as part of the Quarry Hills approval, is a copy of the plan approved by the Town of Swepsonville. Due to the size of Swepsonville, they do not have their own planning department, therefore they contract with Alamance County to provide those services. Above, I have attached the approval letter from Alamance county/Swepsonville and the approve subdivision plans (Also, below is the email from the Alamance County Planning Department director stating the plan has been approved).
