It sounds like the building at the address we had doesn't even exist anymore, and the place across the street is something entirely different. I think we can assume rescission is appropriate, and this record does not need to be in EPA's permit database either. Since this was inactivated in BIMS without rescission, I will find out how to wrap up that loose end on our side. There is a discrepancy with EPA's ICIS database, and they freeze the data on Friday, so we are trying to get it sorted out quickly. This plant is located in Hickory. For some reason, this permit is inactive, but a rescission was never finalized. The last correspondence I had with the permittee is clipped below (it's in Laserfiche). I am not sure how/when the permit was inactivated in BIMS, but we need verification that it should in fact be rescinded. Would it be possible for the MRO to follow up on this site to verify whether it should be rescinded? Thank you!
