In 2019 the Town of Fremont had 81,805,000 gallons of wastewater that came into our sewer lift
station.
1) The Town of Fremont has 10 duplex pump stations
2) Approximately 12 miles of gravity sewer lines
3) Approximately 20 miles of force main lines
4) Approximately 750 sewer taps
5) 4,825,149 gallons went to Fremont's Lagoon
6) 17,474,256 gallons was sprayed at the Fremont's Spray Field
7) Goldsboro's station received 88,926,277 gallons
Rainfall: In 2019 the Town of Fremont received 42.54 inches of rainfall
Hurricanes: On September 5, 2019 Hurricane Dorian displaced Hurricane force
Electrical Storm: June 3, 2019 the Electrical Storm tripped both sewer pumps at Nor -Wayne, this
resulted in approximately 200 gallons spills. The sewer spill did not reach any
ditches. The sewer pumps had to be reset to prevent any further problems.
