uploaded the NOI confirming the start date as 12/05/2019 per the approval
did you mean that you have submitted another eNOl??
Or did you just mean that the 12/9/2020 date was an error and the date that should have been entered was

Hi Paul,
I have uploaded the NOI confirming the start date as 12/05/2019 per the approval. Note, approval #401338 is for a total
of 7 lots. 3 of lots are already complete and were permitted in 2018. The remaining lots will be permitted on an
individual basis as they are released to build

Hi. In Part A— No. 12 —Acres to be disturbed = 0.12 (eNOI applic), but no acreage provided in uploaded
approval. Also in Part D — No. 1 Date E&SC Plan Approved = 12/9/2019 (eNOI applic), but = 12/5/19
(uploaded approval). The information in the eNOI application must be the same as in the uploaded
approval. Please email the revised E&SC approval to me and application processing can be
completed. If we do not receive revised E&SC approval by 3 pm tomorrow (Wed — 12/19/20), then the
