Inspection Summary:
On February 17, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with David Tilly and Blake Smith on site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) Several improvements have been made on site to cover the materials handling equipment.
2) Some areas were used to store used pallets outside. The facility is directed to relocate or dispose of those pallets as
soon as possible.
3) The equipment laydown yard has several areas where equipment used in the industrial process is now exposed to
precipitation. The facility is directed to relocate or dispose of that equipment as soon as possible.
4) Tarps are being used in some locations to meet NEC requirements. Due to the condition of those tarps, it is strongly
recommended that training and inspection of the tarp usage process be increased.
