The North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR) conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of
the Shallotte Collection System on November 14', 2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the
facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified with the Collection System
Permit No. WQCS00296. The findings and comments noted during the inspection are provided within the
enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". No compliance issues
were noted during the inspection.

This was a routine collection system inspection for this facility. The system was found to be compliant with the permit.
Since the previous inspection, the Town has contracted with McGill to develop a GIS of the drinking and sewer systems.
The drinking water system is already finished and the sewer map will be finished by next year.
