A compliance inspection of the Kure Beach Collection System was conducted on December 4, 2019 to verify
that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit WQCS00235.
The DWR would like to thank you and your staff for your time and assistance provided during the inspection.

Inspection Summary:
The system appears to be in complaince with the collection system permit.
The records (Sewer Use Ordinance, CIP, Annual Report, etc....) were not available during the inspection but were
subsequently emailed on 12/20/2019.
#6 station did not have a lock on the wet well and the audible alarm did not work.
#9 station lock to outside door broke during the inspection.
Both of these issues were repaired with documentation emailed on 12/20/2019.
