The records (Sewer Use Ordinance, CIP, Annual Report, etc....) were not available during the inspection but were subsequently emailed on 12/20/2019. #6 station did not have a lock on the wet well and the audible alarm did not work. #9 station lock to outside door broke during the inspection. Both of these issues were repaired with documentation emailed on 12/20/2019.
