A compliance inspection of the Carolina Beach Collection System was conducted on December 4, 2019 to
verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit
WQCS00076. The DWR would like to thank you and your staff for your time and assistance provided during
the inspection. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of

The system appeared to be well run and maintained during the inspection. The only issue was on station #12 where the
SCADA functioned but the audible and visual alarms did not.

and distribution when needed.
