Inspection Summary:
The Permittee has not complied witht the permit since 2015. The SWPPP needs to be updated and qualitative montoring
must resume at the pond outfall. The facility had many barrels and tanks on the site without secondary comtainment and

Comment: The SWPPP indicated 5 sampling points for the facility, but all of those outfalls lead to a pond at
the back of the property. The pond was discharging at the time of inspection. Qualitative
monitoring should be done at the pond outfall.
