Hey Bryan, just wanted to give you a quick update... Catawba Lands is making progress on the existing easement issues.
They are talking to the Y and will hopefully reach a resolution soon. They have already talked to the existing easement
hold and there are no issues there as far as giving up the reserved rights and placing a more restrictive easement. I'll let
you know once CLC comes to a resolution with the Y. In the meantime, do y'all have any comments or changes for the
meeting notes we put together?
