Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov<maiIto: report.spam@nc.gov> Hi Shaun, I'm reviewing the PCN submitted for this project and just have a couple of comments/questions: 1) Please mark on the plan sheets where the impact locations are that correspond to the impact table in the PCN 2) For open cut crossings of streams, the stream restoration details show placement of rip rap on the bottom and on the banks of the channels. We typically discourage the use of rip rap in the bottom of channels and on the banks since those are considered permanent impacts unless there is some sort of stability or safety/line protection issue. Please provide a response on if/why this rip rap is needed or if it can be removed from the plan. Also the detail shows that Lespedeza is proposing to be planted. Please modify to spec. some other native/non-invasive ground cover. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks.
