The report indicates that land application occurred on four program permitted fields on a total Land Application area of 58.2 acres. All analytical data appears to be present. The report indicates the program is in compliance with the permit for the Class B residuals. The attached report should be self-explanatory. A site visit was not conduct as part of the AR review. A compliance inspection of the LA event was conducted on 10/24/2019 for this permit. During that site visit haul records and spill plan review was conducted for the haul trucks. A review of the PAN and SAR calculations, indicates the calculations were performed correctly. PVAR is achieved through lime stabilization of the Class B residuals. Metals analysis was performed by USEPA Method 6010D. No metals exceedances were noted in the analytical report.
