Inspection Summary:
This is a review of the 2019 AR. A site visit was not conduct as part of the AR review. A compliance inspection of the LA
event was conducted on 10/24/2019 for this permit. During that site visit haul records and spill plan review was conducted
for the haul trucks.
A review of the PAN and SAR calculations, indicates the calculations were performed correctly.
PVAR is achieved through lime stabilization of the Class B residuals.
Metals analysis was performed by USEPA Method 6010D. No metals exceedances were noted in the analytical report.
