TO DISCHARGE STORMWATER UNDER THE
NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental
Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
City of Lexington
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from the municipal separate storm sewer system located:
within the City of Lexington Jurisdictional Area
Davidson County
to receiving waters of the State, within the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin, in accordance with the discharge
limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII AND
VIII hereof.
This permit shall become effective November 11, 2016.
This permit and the authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight on November 11, 2021.
