The NC Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has identified an error in the final National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)
permit cover page that was provided to the City of Lexington in March of 2016. Attached is a new cover
page for the permit, which includes the following corrections:
