CAI, Inc. (CAI), in association with 2135 Manufacturing LLC, has completed an annual review
and update of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) for our facility located at 106
Enterprise Drive in Rockingham, NC (the facility). The SPPP is associated with General Permit
NCG090000 and COC NCG090031, a copy is on file at the facility and available for review.
The CAI review of the SPPP did not require any significant changes to the facility SPPP.
Enclosed is a copy of the Annual SPPP Development and Implementation Certification for your
