HomeMy WebLinkAbout20200110 Ver 1_Request for Additional Information 2_20200205Moore, Andrew W From: Moore, Andrew W Sent: Wednesday, February 5, 2020 9:43 AM To: Hyatt, Daniel; Butler, Derek Cc: Fuemmeler, Amanda J CIV (US); Leslie, Andrea J Subject: Request for Additional Information 2, Greenwood Park Subdivision, Buncombe County (DWR Project #20200110) Daniel/Derek, On January 17, 2020, the Division received your application requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The Division received additional information in support of the project on February 3, 2020. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following information is received: There appears to be a discrepancy between the construction plans and the preliminary jurisdictional determination (PJD) with regard to the location and labelling of jurisdictional features. On the construction plans, W-6 is labeled and located on the south side of stream S-2 southwest of a pre-existing culvert. There is no such jurisdictional feature depicted in this location on the PJD map. The feature labeled W-5 on the construction plans (northeast of the pre-existing culvert on S-2) is labeled W-6 on the PJD. Please clarify the discrepancy and revise the impact table and construction plans if necessary. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9)] Please confirm the sewer service connections from lots 209 and 210 will connect to the sewer line along Taraka Trail and not the existing sewer line along the southern boundary of the lots. If the service connections will connect to the existing sewer along the southern boundary of the lots, it appears that additional stream and/or wetland impacts would be required and the plans and impact table would need to be revised. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
