The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following information is received: 1. There appears to be a proposed impact to wetland W10 associated with the sanitary sewer that was not included on the wetland impact table. Please clarify whether W10 will be impacted for construction of the sewer line. If so, please provide a revised impact table. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(6)] 2. There appears to be a proposed impact to stream S2 below the existing culvert associated with the sanitary sewer that was not included on the stream impact table. Please clarify whether S2 will be impacted for construction of the sanitary sewer. If so, please provide a revised impact table. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(6)] 3. The proposed impacts to wetland W6 are listed as 0.065 acres. However, the preliminary jurisdictional determination map lists wetland W6 as 0.004 acres. Please clarify the discrepancy. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(6)] 4. Please provide a single site plan with proposed lot layout that clearly shows jurisdictional features and that enumerates and clearly labels all proposed stream and wetland impacts. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9)] 5. Please provide a site plan with building envelopes, building setbacks, and sanitary sewer for lots 142, 143, 144, 209, and 210 to demonstrate these lots may be developed without additional jurisdictional impacts. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9)] 6. Please provide a cross-section detail for the proposed stream impact culvert that shows proper installation (below the streambed elevation). [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(2)] 7. Please confirm with the US Army Corps of Engineers that all proposed impacts will qualify for a Nationwide Permit 14. If all proposed impacts will not be covered under a Nationwide Permit 14, notify me of all Nationwide Permits required to cover the proposed impacts. [15A NCAC 02H .0502] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application.
