Hi Amanda and Andrew,
I have reviewed the permit application for Greenwood Park Subdivision, which proposes to fill 0.015 acre of
wetland, temporarily impact 40 ft of unnamed tributaries (UTs) to Reems Creek, and permanently impact 70 ft
of a UT to Reems Creek for a development in Buncombe County. A trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for the opportunity to review this project.
