Do not click links or open at cious email as an attachment to This farm owner (MAGA1 31-26) called me yesterday morning to tell me that they had transferred water from the 18" lagoon to the second lagoon on the farm that had adequate freeboard to accept it. They were in compliance after the transfer. My question is since the lagoon was in compliance after less than 24 hrs after finding it in the red, could we forego the POA and take it off the non-compliance list. DWQ has done that in other regions where the lagoon could be transferred to another lagoon. Please advise. Thanks, Curtis.
