Andrew and Andrea,
The contractor will pump the baseflow of Ibby Creek around the active work area during
construction. Since it is not feasible to pump the baseflow of the Little River around the work
area, a temporary cobble diversion will be used to divert the Little River flow around the work
zone where the downstream Ibby Creek constructed riffle ties into the Little River.
Additionally, disturbed streambanks will be seeded, mulched, and matted at the end of each
work day, when feasible.
